Returns are accepted only after calling FSI and obtaining a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning the merchandise. RMA# must be added to the outside of the package.

Returned materials must be received by FSI within fourteen (14) days of purchase in original packaging and new condition for credit less a 10% restocking fee.

All eStudy subscriptions (eStudy/Intensive eStudy Program, Practice Exams, Short Courses and Virtual Workshop) — including any eStudy access included in the HomeStudy, eStudy and Intensive Track programs— are non-refundable and once any eStudy course is accessed, a bundle is non-returnable.

All 90-day eStudy subscriptions begin once enrolled in an eStudy course upon purchase and a single stand alone eStudy course or a single eStudy course within any of Family Solutions’ Bundled Materials, has been accessed; your 90 day subscription begins at this point. eStudy subscriptions may be parked until you are ready to begin accessing them, so long as no course has been accessed.
